It is all well and good you getting people to sign up to you but how do you actually get them to come back. Again you need to make them an offer that they will find interesting.

For example offer to send them through details of all properties that may need renovation work carried out as they are interested in such projects.

Another thing you can do is offer them a free survey of their home when they are trying to sell. Although this may seem like a lot of effort you will be amazed at just how many customers will keep coming back to you when you provide them with something for nothing.
